Celebrate the Spirit of Michigan Cider Making

The MCA is a dedicated organization committed to promoting and supporting the state’s vibrant cider industry. By uniting cider makers, enthusiasts, and industry partners, the association fosters collaboration and innovation within the community. Through educational programs, events, and advocacy efforts, it aims to elevate the quality and appreciation of Michigan-made ciders, ensuring that the rich tradition of cider making continues to thrive across the state.

In addition to supporting cider makers, the MCA plays a pivotal role in educating consumers about the diverse range of ciders produced in the region. By organizing tastings, festivals, and workshops, the association provides opportunities for the public to engage with local producers and learn about the craftsmanship involved in cider making. Through these efforts, it seeks to enhance the visibility of Michigan ciders, contributing to the growth of the local economy and the preservation of the state’s agricultural heritage.

Cider Fest

As part of my collaboration with the Michigan Cider Association, I had the privilege of designing the official logo for the 2024 Cider Fest in Grand Rapids. I tried to make a vibrant and dynamic logo to capture the spirit of the festival, celebrating Michigan’s rich cider-making heritage and the creativity of local producers. It’s a centerpiece for event branding, bringing a cohesive and inviting visual identity to one of the year’s most anticipated cider celebrations. Plus, commemorative glasses that I still have!
