Designing Systems Since 2011
I’ve built visual identities for nonprofits, civic institutions, restaurants, medical groups, and everything in between. Sometimes from scratch, sometimes solo, sometimes rebrands, sometimes on a team—the full monty, as it were.
My work spans single-mark logo projects all the way to complete brand systems with color, type, voice, guidelines, etc. If it goes on a business card, a building, or a website, I’ve probably designed it.
Let's Create Your Brand
Branding is more than a logo. It’s the system—color, type, voice, application—that makes your business recognizable across every touchpoint. At OneMohrTime Design Co., I build brands that are deliberate, cohesive, and made to last. From a single mark to a complete identity system, the work is rooted in your goals and built for the real world: business cards, signage, apparel, websites, and anywhere else your brand needs to show up.
Logo only, or the whole system?
A logo is a single mark. Branding is everything built around it—color palette, typography, usage guidelines, and the visual language that ties it all together. Not sure which you need? That’s totally okay, and we’ll figure it out together!

“Derek has an incredible ability to take a conversation about a concept and turn it into something tangible. I frequently will just explain to him our goals for a project and a general sense of the vibe and he turns that into colors, fonts, designs, and curates everything we need to make it happen.
One of the things I appreciate most about him is his commitment to a project. Any designer can whip up something decent but Derek is very intentional with understanding the heart of a project, starting with initial ideas and working with us to tweak it until everything feels right. He feels a personal connection to his projects which makes for incredible depth in his work.
